Inventory Management & Product Fulfilment

Pendulum can offer a full suite of inventory management and product fulfilment services. By using our in house Warehouse Management System, your stock will be managed and monitored to ensure excellence in inventory accuracy is maintained. From point of order receipt to final delivery, Pendulum can provide full visibility of order and inventory status. We provide pick and pack operations with full inventory control and visibility. Our systems allow for these orders to be tracked throughout the fulfilment process, providing full visibility of your inventory and order fulfilment.

Distribution

Distribution of products to the end customer is a critical success factor. We can utilise either your current transport vendor or our managed transport partners.

Our objective is always to maintain a seamless transition from warehousing to final delivery. Visibility of all consignments can be facilitated over the internet. Typically all orders processed on the day can be despatched same day based on an agreed cut off time.

Returns management

In some instances product needs to be returned for warranty repairs or replacement. Pendulum will work with you to implement the product returns process to ensure returns are tracked and processed to meet your unique requirements.
